Electrical

These restrooms are built for plug-and-play site readiness, with 240V single-phase, 100A electrical service standard across all models.

Water

Water can be supplied by connecting to city lines or through integrated onboard tanks (300–500 gallons), depending on your project’s needs.

Placement

Place on level groundwith good drainage. Ideal surfaces include a concrete slab or gravel bed. Once positioned, simply secure with support blocks and ground locks for a stable, ready-to-use facility.

R-14 wall and ceiling insulation with serious HVAC capacity keeps interiors usable in tough conditions. Models include ducted 18,000 BTUH systems or 36,000 BTUH multi-zone setups, depending on size.

3. Self-contained utilities, simple hookups
Standard power is 240V single-phase at 100A, units can connect to city water or run with onboard tanks. Select models include 300–500 gallon water tanks and 1,000–1,350 gallon waste or gray tanks.

4. Field-friendly design
Rugged stair sets, multiple entry doors, forklift access, and corner blocks for lifting. Optional low fill-water alerts and security integrations make deployment and oversight easier.

24′ / 24′-6″ Six Private Stalls

Privacy-forward configuration with six deluxe stalls; R-14 insulation; 36,000 BTUH four-zone hyper heat ductless system for comfort; 100A, 240V single-phase power.

24′-6″ Open Floor Plan

Balanced layout with a mix of private stalls, standard stalls, and urinals; includes a 300-gallon water tank and 1,000-gallon waste tank; 18,000 BTUH ducted system. A great all-around choice for higher traffic.

40′ Open Floor Plan

High-capacity model featuring two private stalls, four open stalls, and three urinals; 500-gallon water fill tank and 1,350-gallon gray tank; built for large events and extended deployments.
